Warranty Information
All Plumbing Heating and A/C, Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage due to service by another company or individual, power loss, water, acts of God, or any other situation not in A-All Plumbing Heating and A/C, Inc. ‘s control. All heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical must be up to code or the contract is void. A-All Plumbing Heating and A/C, Inc. will replace parts covered under the manufacturer’s warranty; labor will be the customer’s responsibility. Any parts not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty will be replaced at the customer’s expense and labor will be charged at prevailing rates. A-All Plumbing Heating and A/C, Inc. reserves the right to perform a site inspection before any work starts. Unless otherwise noted in the contract no permits, blueprints, plans, drawings, mechanicals, Diagrams, HERS ratings, Manual J, or requests from town/village/city for additional documents are included. The customer will be responsible if a city/town/village requests additional mechanical changes not specified in the contract.
Warranties are void unless paid in full and as per terms. A-All Plumbing Heating and A/C, Inc. reserves the right to charge 2% per month after 30 days outstanding.
We accept payments in cash, credit/debit cards, and checks with agreement before the job starts. There will be a non-cash adjustment of 3.5% added to the invoice for credit/debit card payments.
Emergency calls are defined as:
- No Heat
- No A\C
- Thermostat malfunction
- Leaks
With the exception of A/C Air Filters, no customer supplied parts can be used.
On Hold with Manufacturer’s Warranty/ Technical dept will be billed at prevailing rates.
Thru-wall AC units, mini-split units and window units are excluded. A-All Plumbing Heating and A/C, Inc. reserves the right to void any warranty contract and will refund present month only payment.
Customers can void and service contract with reasonable notice and expect the current month refund only.

Terms and Conditions
General Terms: A-All Plumbing is not responsible for loss or damage due to service by another company or individual, power loss, water, acts of God, or any other situation not in A-All Plumbing’s control. All heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems must comply with local codes. Non-compliance voids the contract. A-All Plumbing reserves the right to perform a site inspection before any work begins. The customer is responsible for any additional mechanical changes requested by city/town/village authorities that are not specified in the contract.
Contract Duration: Minimum contract duration is 6 months. Cancellations within 30 days of the start date will receive a full refund (less claims paid, if applicable). Cancellations after 30 days result in a prorated refund (less claims paid). Contracts renew annually unless canceled by the customer in writing.
Eligibility: Service is available to single-family residences and units in structures with no more than four housing units. Properties used for commercial purposes or with systems not installed to manufacturer specifications are not eligible.
Excluded systems include:
– Water heaters larger than 100 gallons or over 95,000 BTU/hr.
– Heat pump systems exceeding 5-ton capacity or using non-compliant refrigerants.
– Geothermal, ductless, or through-the-wall systems.
Service Call Waiting Period: A 10-day waiting period applies to new contracts to prevent immediate claims.
Annual Pre-season Inspection (includes annual system flush if necessary): Includes one annual system inspection. Inspections must be scheduled by the customer.
– Preseason heating inspections must be scheduled by September 1st to October 31st.
– Preseason cooling inspections must be scheduled by April 1st to May 31st.
– Annual System Flush must be scheduled by September 1st to October 31st and only when deemed necessary.
Warranties: Warranties are void if payments are not up-to-date or if serviced by another provider.
Payment Terms: Accepted payment methods: Cash, check, and credit/debit cards. A 3.5% non-cash adjustment fee applies to credit/debit card payments. Payments are due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes are resolved by arbitration, excluding class actions or jury trials where permissible.
